Hidden within pretty purple coves are bands of Turquoise, wrapped 'round like pretty ribbons. Purpleheart is a naturally purple wood, and goes exceedingly well with magnificent Turquoise gemstones. These are hand-crushed by yours truly, and carefully inlaid into bands around the piece. This is an enormously time-consuming process, but the results are gorgeous! Total length is eight and three-quarter inches. Heirloom quality.
